How It Works

Place your order thru email, msn, or phone, a 40% of downpayment is required upon confirmation of order.

There will be NO REFUND of the 40% downpayment should the buyer cancel his/her order after confirmation. However, should the bag(s) ordered are not available, a full refund will be remitted.

Order will be shipped and it will normally take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive Malaysia.

Delivery of bags will be made upon FULL PAYMENT.

Collection of bags are usually through COD at an agreed upon location between myself and the buyer, however the bag(s) will be delievered if the buyer is in the location other than Penang, KL, and Singapore.

I have the right to terminate any sprees and refund all paid deposits if minimum order of bags is not met

All prices quoted are inclusive of taxes, shipping & handling. However, shipment tracking post will be used and tracking number will be given to you.

Money back if proven the item is not authentic and claims for money back must be attached with a written statement by a Coach Authorised Boutique Manager indicating the item is not authentic.
